How do I take care of my garments?
To prolong your garments lifespan please be mindful of how often you are washing and how little you are wearing.
- We recommend to turn all clothing inside out prior to washing
- Hand-wash or Machine-wash on a gently cycle at 30°C or colder
- Use a mild or non-bio detergent
- Air dry to maintain shape and reduce shrinkage by laying flat or hanging
- Do not tumble dry
- Press or steam on a medium-high heat to reduce wrinkles
Please note, expect a small amount of shrinkage on the first few washes.

How long will I have to wait for my order?
All orders are made-to-order. Please allow for a production time of 2-3 weeks for all standard orders and 3-4 weeks for all pre-orders (excluding weekends and public holidays) plus delivery time.
As soon as we have posted your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation email including tracking, so you can stay updated with its journey. Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimated and unexpected delays may occur. If you have any queries regarding your order, don't hesitate to get in touch with us here.
How do I choose the right size?
All RILEY & MONICA garments are designed with comfort in mind and have an overall relaxed fit.
On our main size guide page you will find detailed instructions on how to take your measurements. You can then compare those measurements with our size guide, to help determine the best size for you.

Which fabrics do you use?
We use fabrics which consist of fibres that are 100% natural, low-impact crop and less harmful to the environment and people. Our aim is to produce clothing with a kinder and sustainable approach and therefore, many of our products are made from Linen, TENCEL™ Lyocell and Cotton fabrics including Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Cotton and 100% Organic Cottons.

Will I be charged duties and taxes?
All EU & International orders are subject to import taxes and duties upon arrival of delivery in the destination country. The customer is liable to pay these fees to customs. RILEY & MONICA is not liable for any charges incurred.
