How much is shipping?
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked services.
UK Orders

Standard delivery time of 3-5 working days

International Orders*
Royal Mail International Tracked Service - From £15

How long will I have to wait for my order?
All orders are made-to-order and therefore, the production process only begins upon receiving your order. Please allow for a production time of up-to 3 weeks (excluding weekends and public holidays) plus delivery time.
As soon as we have posted your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation email including tracking, so you can stay updated with its journey. Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimated and unexpected delays may occur. If you have any queries regarding your order, don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

Can I make changes to my order?
In certain instances, customers may reconsider size, length or colour choices. Our garment production process includes a brief grace period after receiving an order to accommodate for any of these changes.
For adjustments to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order with your Full Name and Order Number, specifying the changes required. Please be advised that we are unable to accommodate any changes after this time.
We have provided information on each product page to help in choosing the perfect garment. If you are unsure about fabric or colour and would like further assistance with this, please get in contact with us prior to purchasing and we will be happy to help.

Will I be charged duties and taxes?
All International orders are subject to taxes and duties upon arrival of delivery, in the destination country. The customer is liable to pay these fees to customs. RILEY & MONICA is not liable for any charges incurred.

Can I cancel my order?
Standard Orders
For all standard orders, you are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. If you do wish to return or exchange, visit our returns policy for further information.
Pre-Orders
You are eligible to cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can’t cancel the order but you can request a full or partial refund once you have received your order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Can I return my item(s)?
All items are made-to-order specifically for you so we do hope you love your order.
UK Orders
In the case that you do wish to return your order or would like to exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Unfortunately all products identified as ‘Sale Items’ or confirmed as 'Custom Orders' are non-returnable and therefore, ineligible for a refund.

International Orders
All International orders are considered final sale and regrettably, cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
How do I return my order?
To make a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and ensure the following are adhered to:
- Your return should include a copy of your purchase receipt to ensure your return is correctly processed on our end.
- All items should be returned in re-sellable condition - unworn, unwashed and with tags included. We will be unable to refund or exchange any items that we consider worn or altered.
- To reduce additional waste, we encourage customers to re-use the original packaging as our degradable postal bags include a second adhesive tape, specifically for returns.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to return your item(s) back to us. All original shipping costs and the cost of returning your items are non-refundable.
- We advise customers to return any items back to us via a trackable service or purchase shipping insurance as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s) and are not liable for loss or damage of an item(s) during or upon its return.

When should I expect to receive my refund?
Refunds will be approved after inspection of the item(s), providing they are in re-sellable condition (unworn, unwashed and with tags attached). If approved, please allow up-to 14 days for us to process your refund and a further 3-5 working days, for the funds to appear on the original payment method, after we process it.
Please note that all shipping costs and the cost of returning your items are non-refundable and will not appear on the total amount refunded.

I have not received my refund?
If you are still waiting to receive your refund after the provided time-frame, please continue monitoring your bank account.
Depending on the payment method used, there may be some delays in the processing time before a refund shows. Contact your bank or credit card issuer to see if this may be the case or if they can help in any way. If you still haven’t been able to resolve the issue with them and have still not received your refund, please reach out to us.

EXCHANGES
Can I exchange an item?
We hope you love your order as is but if there is something you wish to change to make it right for you, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

What is the process for an exchange?
Once you have posted your exchange and we have received and inspected it, we will send you an email to notify you whether or not it has been approved for an exchange.
Providing the item(s) have been approved, we will proceed with the process of producing your new order.
Please note the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to return your item(s) back to us. However, we will cover the costs of shipping to send the exchanged items out to you. We will also send another email to you at this point, to let you know its been posted and on its way to you.
How long will my exchange take?
Please allow for our standard production time of up-to 3 weeks (excluding weekends and public holidays) for all exchanges as the process for your replacement item(s) is that of a new order.
We would like to thank you for your patience during this time and once your new pieces have been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email including tracking, so you are able to follow its journey right to your door

SIZING
How do I choose the right size?
All RILEY & MONICA garments are designed with comfort in mind and have an overall relaxed fit.
On our main size guide page you will find detailed instructions on how to take your measurements. You can then compare those measurements with our size guide, to help determine the best size for you.
We have also included fit details and sizing suggestions for all of our garments on each product page as some styles do vary. You will also find individual garment measurements for all of our clothing, to help assist with finding the right fit.
If you are unsure how to measure yourself or still need further advise on sizing or any of our measurements, please send us an email and we'll be happy to assist!
I am Petite or Tall, can I wear Riley & Monica?
Alongside our inclusive sizing, we have tried to design our pieces to also cater to those that are both tall and petite.
Please refer to the individual garment measurements which can be found on all product pages. For further information on sizing please also see our main size guide.
If you would like to make alterations to any of our items or require any further help with sizing, please do get in touch with us prior to ordering.
We are a small business but as we mindfully grow our collection of products, we are open to learning and discovering further in these areas, with the hope of curating pieces that are perfect for various bodies.
PAYMENT
Which payment options do you offer?
We have various payment methods available including: Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
When will I be charged?
For all standard orders, you will be charged for your purchase as soon as you have placed your order.
Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order item, you are consenting to buying a product not yet in inventory with payment in full. Your account will be charged as soon as you have placed your order.
Where applicable, we may collect no payment, or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfil and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
FABRIC & GARMENT CARE
Which fabric should I choose?
RILEY & MONICA products are made from various sustainable and eco-friendly materials. Choosing between the different options is often personal preference and dependant on your chosen look or style.

How to care for my Riley & Monica garments?
All fabrics should be cared for according to their compositions to prolong there durability and overall life span. Please refer to each care tag located inside your garment as a guide for this.
Please be aware, fibres differ from fabric-to-fabric and some natural reactions such as minor shrinkage when first washed or colour fading, may occur overtime. This is just the nature of how materials work. If cared for appropriately, your garments can last you years to come.

TRANSPARENCY
Where are your clothes made?
All of our products are currently hand made-to-order in London, UK by our very own founder, Lea. If you would like to know more on where and how your RILEY & MONICA garments are made, take a look at our in-house processes on our transparency page.
Which fabrics do you use?
We use fabrics which consist of fibres that are natural, low-impact crop and less harmful to the environment and people. Many of our products are made from linen, cotton fabrics including organic cotton jersey and TENCEL™ Lyocell
All fabric compositions used for a garment can be found in the details on each product page.
As we mindfully grow our collection of products so to will the fabrics we use. However, we will always make a conscious choice to ensure they align with RILEY & MONICA'S brand values.

How do you package your orders?
When sourcing materials for our packaging, we look for the most eco-friendly options. All RILEY & MONICA items are packaged using recyclable, reusable and/or degradable materials.
We encourage our customers to reuse and relove our packaging or discard of it mindfully, according to its properties.
